This is a "Fabric Mosaic."  Little pieces of pink, yellow and blue are woven together, netting is placed over the top then it is quilted. The netting provides the "sparkle" you see in the photo. The wood frame is included.

Frame size is 5" x 7", art size is 2" x 3".
