This is a "Fabric Mosaic."  Little pieces of fabric are secured to a backing
fabric and a netting is placed over the top then it is quilted.
The netting provides the "sparkle" you see in the photo.

Frame size is 5" x 5", art size is 2.5" x 2.5" and set on point.
